Difference Between Gyms & Health Spas
When I came to Vancouver there were only three gyms in the city. The were old gyms by todays standards. The were mostly offering Olympic Weight Lifting, Powerlifting & Bodybuilding. There were no restrictions in those days. Since then many more gyms started opening up. At first they were pretty good, but gradually gyms were changing to be more like health spas. These facilities had many restrictions, accommodating only certain members. Today real Gyms are few. ULTIMATE FITNESS is one of a few real Gyms around. Management is very good with the members and there are no restrictions.
