"Dear Sir, I would like to start by saying Thank you for inventing the Reverse Hyperextension exercise machine. On September 2019 I herniated a disc in my lower back while deadlifting, of course the pain was excruciating but it didn't stop me from losing hope and calling it quits, so I maintained lifting light weights, the only time I felt comfortable was when squatting with a barbell other then that the pain would radiate through out the lower back.
