Lower Back Strength Training and Rehabilitation in Vancouver
I refused to live my life with chronic back pain and so should you!
My name is Tony Dolezel, I train people in Olympic style weight lifting, power lifting, traditional body building and over all strength training. I also help people who suffer with back pain and for athletes to become stronger and more explosive. Surprisingly, for both groups, I use a lot of the same methods. This is possible because both groups share a common need: the need to strengthen their core and posterior chain muscles. What works for one group works for the other. The only real difference is a matter of scale. Athletes need to take their strength in these areas to a whole other level.
What qualifies me to offer this kind of help? What qualifies me is a perfect record; I have never had a failure. The reason for this is simple; my methods work. What I learned over many years, suffering with my own back pain, is that about 20% of the treatment methods were responsible for about 80% of the successful results. This 80/20 Rule (the Pareto Principle) has allowed me to focus on a few methods which I call the vital few. By concentrating on a few highly efficient methods, which includes an amazing exercise I invented in 1976, I have achieved success every time. And I can do the same for you.
If you are an athlete and you want to dominate in your sport, I can help you. As a former Czechoslovakian National Champion in Olympic Weightlifting (Jrs.), I understand your aspirations. If you suffer with back pain, unless your back requires surgery, I can help. Having once had a broken back myself (a stress fracture), I know what it is like to live with back pain, and I know how to get rid of it. Whatever your situation, to improve, you need to take the first step. All the information you need is on my DVD. On it you will find everything you need to achieve your goals. Simply apply yourself diligently, trust in my methods and you will find the success you seek. I wish every one of you all the success possible.
Sincerely,
Tony Dolezel,
President of Sila Athletic Co.

Tony had a challenging experience with his lower back, having a stress fracture since 1976. Stress fractures, particularly in the lower back, can be very debilitating.

For those with similar conditions, avoiding exercises that stress the lower back is crucial, especially when dealing with a fracture or recovery from surgery. Tony was living with this problem until he had lumbar fusion surgery in 1980.

During those years where he lived with the pain, Tony was forced to avoid any exercises where the lower back was engaged. Tony kept his lower back and abdominals in strong condition with a select group of exercises that he invented to maintain his lower back strength.
